What is the return policy?
To initiate a return, you must :
1. Record an unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
- The sealed box.
- The contents inside the box.
- The damage or incorrect product, if applicable .
2. Send the unboxing video along with the following details to support@siliconmoulds.com

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is successfully placed, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
